Krystal grew up on the Mid North Coast and cares about the community. She is dedicated to supporting the community health and wellbeing of individuals experiencing trauma, depression and anxiety. 

With extensive graduate and post graduate study, supervision as well as comprehensive training in bottom up and top down approaches to psychotherapy, Krystal believes in the importance of finding the right support.

Through a Masters program with Sydney University, Krystal has spent several years in psychotherapy training and intensive supervision developing her skills & knowledge in psychodynamic psychotherapy.

Trauma Informed Workforce
